Salesforce’s State of Sales 2026, a survey of more than four thousand sales professionals, delivered a clear verdict. For sales teams, AI agents have gone from experiment to essential in under a year. Agents were named the top tactic for driving growth this year. And one number stands out above the rest.
The number that reframes the debate
Ninety-four percent of sales leaders who have agents installed say those agents are critical for meeting business demands. Not helpful. Critical. Another 88% of reps with agents say the technology improves their odds of hitting targets. Adoption backs it up: 54% of sellers have already used an agent, and nearly nine in ten expect to by 2027. When a tool moves from nice-to-have to non-negotiable this fast, it stops being a trend.
The market has made up its mind
The market is voting with its checkbook
The spending tells the same story. In June, Salesforce agreed to acquire Fin, formerly Intercom, for about 3.6 billion dollars, specifically to strengthen its Agentforce platform. Salesforce also reports Agentforce revenue growing more than 200% year over year. Whatever your own timeline looks like, the market has decided where this is heading.
That doesn’t mean everyone’s sold
Plenty of teams are still cautious, and they are right to be. Buying the platform is not the same as getting value from it. An agent that fires on the wrong process just automates a mistake faster. The honest question is not whether agents work in general. It is where an agent will pay off in your org, and where it will not.
Where does it pay off for you?
That is the gap we help close. Our Sightline assessment, powered by Hubbl, scans your Salesforce org and shows where Agentforce fits and where to start. It scores the org across six dimensions, including AI and Agentforce readiness, so you invest where the return is real. We walk through the thinking in is your Salesforce org agent-ready.
We’re solutions people
Agents reward the teams that prepare for them. We are solutions people, so every engagement is built for how your business actually operates, never a template forced onto you. We would rather point you at the two workflows worth automating first than sell you a program you do not need. As your partner, we own the outcome with you.
