From ITSM to ESM: the Natural Next Step
Already running ServiceNow ITSM? Extending it to HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Facilities is a smaller step than it looks. Here is what carries over.
AI that gives lean teams their hours back
AI can give lean nonprofit teams real hours back each week. Four places it helps IT and HR teams most, and what it needs to do its very best work for you.
Enterprise-grade ServiceNow, now within reach
The ServiceNow platform larger organizations trust is now within reach for nonprofits, sized to your team, budget, and grant cycles by a certified partner.
One connected platform, more time for the mission
Bringing IT, HR, Finance, and Facilities onto one platform gives nonprofit teams time back for the mission. Here is what connected work makes possible.
The License is Just the Beginning
Your ServiceNow license is where the partnership begins. What a full-service partner adds: setup, connected tools, training, and support after go-live.
AI usage isn’t the same as AI value
The dashboards are lighting up: usage is climbing, licenses are spreading, and the monthly AI bill keeps growing. Unfortunately, none of that actually tells you whether the AI is working. Not with a bigger rollout, but with one carefully chosen, measurable pilot. Choose a repeatable task with clear boundaries, and give it an owner. Write down today’s baseline, meaning the time, cost, or quality you get right now, and set a defined window to evaluate it. Treat the pilot as a decision-making exercise rather than a showcase, so that at the end you either expand it, change it, or stop it based on the evidence. The scorecard that tells the truth That decision needs a scorecard, and it does not have to be complicated. Track five things: how long the work takes, the
ServiceNow just got easier for nonprofits
Working with ServiceNow just got simpler for nonprofits: one partner for licensing, implementation, and support. What is new, and how to choose the right one.
Connected, but governed
ServiceNow’s new MCP servers let Claude, Copilot, and Gemini start work on your platform. Turning those prompts into governed outcomes — via AI Control Tower — is the real job.
With AIforce, your data becomes the interface
alesforce’s AIforce puts your CRM inside Claude, Slack, and Lightning — running on your existing permissions. Which means your data quality is now your user experience.
Your AI Bill Shouldn’t Outrun the ROI
Uber spent its full-year AI budget in four months. The fix isn’t less AI — it’s scaling deliberately, with the right use cases and cost guardrails.
Claudeforce: Why Your AI Model Choice Is Now a Security Decision
Salesforce and Anthropic launched Claudeforce. Claude now reasons inside the Salesforce Trust Boundary — which turns model choice into a security decision.
